We solicit sponsorships, vendor and admission fees without any guarantee of covering the costs associated with staffing, infrastructure, equipment rentals, permitting, marketing/advertising, management, entertainment, venue rental, insurance and any unknown surprises that may occur due to acts of God, pandemic and or extreme weather conditions.
