Goose Island Bourbon County Brand Series
• 2025 Original Stout
Aged 14 months in freshly emptied Buffalo Trace, Heaven Hill, Four Roses, and Wild Turkey barrels. Deep fudge, vanilla, and caramelized sugar with a rich, decadent mouthfeel.
• 2025 Cherries Jubilee Stout
Aged first in bourbon barrels, then finished in cognac barrels. Blended with Montmorency cherries, citrus, and panela. Flavors of cognac soaked cherries, baking spice, candied dark cherry, soft vanilla, and caramelized citrus.
• 2025 Chocolate Praline Stout
Aged in fresh bourbon barrels and finished with cocoa nibs, hazelnuts, almonds, cashews, and dates. Drinks like a chocolate praline with layers of chocolate, caramel, roasted nuts, and warm bourbon character.
Sonder Family Tradition Series
• Peanut Butter, Tahitian Banana, & Marshmallow
Stout aged two years in a curated blend of four rare ten year bourbon barrels, then rested atop Tahitian bananas, banana puree, peanut butter, and marshmallow. Sweet and nutty with warm oak.
• Orange, Toffee, & Cashew Fudge
The same two year barrel aged base stout, finished with orange, toffee, fudge, and freshly toasted cashews for a full dessert-in-a-glass experience.
