Contestants have 5 minutes to eat as many hot dogs as they can.Think you have what it takes to eat more hot dogs than anyone else. Sign up to compete in the 6th annual Haynie's Corner First Friday's Hot Dog Eating Contest. Pork or Vegan hot dogs are available.Rules: Only open to 18+ years old and a waiver must be signed at least 15 minutes before the start of the competition1) You will be provided one 32oz cup of water. You may also bring your own beverage.2) You will be given 5 hot dogs at the beginning. When told to go you will get 5 minutes to eat as many as you can. Once you get down to one hot dog a runner will bring you a new plate of 5 dogs.3) You will be assigned a volunteer counter to keep track of how many hot dogs you eat.4) The hot dog must be completely consumed to be counted, no chipmunking.5) Regurgitation will result in immediate disqualification. A bucket will be provided to each contestant.6) When time expires, you will have 30 seconds to finish swallowing the bite in your mouth7) When time expires, everyone will have 2 minutes to keep everything down8) Once the 2 minute timer expires the winner will be declared based on the most hot dogs completely eaten9) In the event of a tie an eat off will begin.
