24th Annual Bill of Rights Day Celebration 2025

Bill of Rights Day Celebration featuring Students reading their award winning essays and Reciting the 1st Ten U.S. Constitutional Amendments comprising the Bill of Rights.

Event will be in Browning Rooms of EVPL Central Library Branch December 13st, 2025.

Prizes will be awarded to students for the annual essay contest.

Indiana AG Todd Rokita has been invited as keynote speaker. (not confirmed)
