- **Event Description**: On the brink of a new year, we often ask ourselves “how can this year be better than the last?” We set about making resolutions, signing up for new activities, setting new routines. Yet so often our initial enthusiasm succumbs to the same habits of the past.

Before we can set out in a new direction, it is necessary to bring the momentum of the old year to rest. In the darkness of deep winter, we have a chance to hear the quiet voice of that which wants to be born. From lucid stillness, we are more free to set out on a new path.

On New Years Eve, join Nick for an afternoon of yoga and meditation designed to help you digest the past year, marinate in stillness, and discover the new story that wants to be lived in 2026. This class will feature:

    Self-inquiry practices to harvest the lessons of 2025
    All-levels yoga to digest and release tensions of the past
    Yoga nidra (supine meditation) to access stillness
    Meditation to kindle hope and inspiration for 2026

Please bring a journal and one object that reminds you of something you learned about yourself in 2025. No yoga experience necessary. Chairs are available.

Attend in-studio or via Zoom.
