Join Bookends & Beginnings for a celebration of renowned cheesemonger and creator Erika Kubick's latest book, Cheese Magic. ⁠

Cheese Magic features 100 seasonal and mouthwatering recipes, plates, and pairings alongside gorgeous photography—all inspired by the festivals of the pagan Wheel of the Year. ⁠

There will be a demonstration and book signing with Erika. Each ticket includes a copy of the book, an array of cheeses, wine and non-alcoholic cocktails. ⁠

A portion of proceeds will benefit the Chicago chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier, an organization of women in food, beverage and hospitality working to support the next generation of women in the industry through scholarships and mentorship. ⁠
