In this hands-on workshop, you’ll transform a classic black cotton tote into a beautiful piece of usable art using bleach, paint brushes, and the natural shapes of fall leaves. (Fall/leaves not your thing?  Go rogue and make an abstract design or we'll help you come up with another design to create your perfect tote.)

We’ll explore techniques for using real leaves as stencils to create unique autumn-inspired designs, then use heat guns to help develop and reveal the beautiful warm tones that emerge from the black fabric. You can follow the fall-leaf theme or let your creativity take over and design something completely your own!

Come get creative, embrace the beauty of fall, and see what happens when a little bleach turns black fabric into art!
