Smoked Fish on Cedar Planks

For this in-person Test Drive Tuesday, we’ll be learning how helpful the Cedar Planks are, especially when it comes to smoking fish on your recteq! Join us at the Evans Experience Center on September 9th from 3PM to 5PM for delicious fish favorites on the Cedar Planks. Not only convenient for prepping and carrying to the grill, these sturdy planks give each recipe a little more flavor and help distribute heat and smoke!
