About the event

Guided Meditation & Mindfulness inside the Cave!
Meditation & Mindfulness Classes are just $35 per person and are always held the last Tuesday of each month at 6 PM.
This month you will be guided into a state of deep rest with the assistance of bamboo Koshi chimes. This meditation will combine sound and visualization to calm your nervous system and allow your physical and mental bodies to experience deep energetic rest. Whether you are seeking to decrease stress, decompress after a busy day or prepare for a good night’s rest, this meditation will ease you into a calm and relaxed state. All skill levels are welcome.
