The 2026 Yamba Public School P&C Golf Tournament is set to be a day of community, fun, and friendly competition. Held in collaboration with the Yamba Golf & Country Club on Sunday, 3rd May, with tee off from 7:00 am, this event is designed to bring together families, friends, and the wider community while raising vital funds for our school hall projector and sound system. The current sound system has been in service since the mid 1990s, and upgrading these facilities will directly enhance our students’ experiences for assemblies, performances, presentations, and special events.

The tournament will be played in a 4 person Ambrose format, making it accessible to golfers of all skill levels, and no previous golfing experience is required. Teams can include family, friends, work colleagues, business partners, and we even encourage inviting a current or past Yamba Public School student/s to join a team. The day promises prizes for winning teams, best dressed teams, longest drive, and more, ensuring plenty of fun and friendly competition.

Before opening registration to the wider community and local businesses, we are offering our immediate families the first opportunity to participate. Registration Option A is a basic team entry at $380 per team of 4, which includes green fees. Registration Option B is a hole sponsorship and includes team entry for 4 members, green fees, and hole naming rights, an excellent way to promote a business through visible signage.

This event is all about connection, enjoyment, and community. Whether you are looking to enjoy a fun day on the course, compete for prizes, or support a meaningful cause for our students, the Yamba Public School P&C Golf Tournament is an experience not to be missed.
