All bodies welcome to this community Yoga class. 

World Yoga Day is an opportunity to explore the many benefits of yoga, movement, mindfulness and nervous system nourishment in a safe, accessible and welcoming space.  You can try yoga in a chair or on a mat - your choice, yoga that suits your body.

Please join Kylie Penny, Registered Senior Yoga Australia Teacher in this fun, collaborative, accessible all ages event to explore and celebrate yoga.  Kylie has been sharing World Yoga Day in her community for the past 10 years, and many participants have reported how much they have enjoyed the new experience and met up with like minded community members.

Class is by donation, with all proceeds going to @relayforlifeeuroa 

The class offered is accessible yoga, and the space will be set up with chairs and mats.  Please feel free to bring your own equipment if this helps your experience.  Come and give it a try!
