After a lifetime working in rural and remote Australia, she understands the challenges facing country men and is dedicated to breaking down the stigma around seeking help. She has been connecting rural men to the resources available, supporting and directing them to the right places while bringing the conversation to rural communities for years. Mary will share practical insights on recognising when you or a mate might be "bogged", building resilience, and accessing support when it’s needed most.
