This event is a collaboration between the Humboldt County Historical Society, the Humboldt County Library, and the Clarke Historical Museum.

Come look and listen as historian Jerry Rohde and drone videographer Erin Scofield provide a preview of their forthcoming book, Northern Humboldt Hinterlands, which describes in word and pictures over 30 historic and scenic locations north of the Mad River. You’ll see a stunning overhead aerial of the creeks and ponds of misnamed Dry Lagoon, the magnificent trees (not all redwoods) at Prairie Creek, and a score of other memorable sites in Humboldt County’s far north. You'll also be able to "meet" Hedwig, Erin's drone!
