Friday Night Market Series with David Holper!

Local Author David Holper will be signing copies of his latest book, "The Church of the Very Last Chance", starting at 5:30pm. We'll have copies of Holper's other works available for purchase as well!

"The Church of the Very Last Chance" is Holper’s satirical commentary on our materialistic global society and the collective madness we endure at its hands. Blending political satire, magic, myth, and metafiction, the novel takes us on a spiritual journey with Ekaterina Vilakashopka who finds herself in the uncomfortable position of leading a worldwide spiritual movement while simultaneously struggling with her own faith--and further complicated by the forces of the status quo, which seem intent on either capturing her or killing her. A book for our era: both a comic sendup of the fools running the show and a roadmap for a different way forward.
