Sacred Dance with Adrianne LaBry Smith

Join us for this special event as Adrianne LaBry Smith leads us into an introduction to the Dances of Tara.

Tara is the embodiment of Enlightened Feminine, the radiance of Wisdom & Compassion that transforms all negativity; a reflection of our own Divine Essence. Through the power of mudra and mantra we manifest the qualities of the Enlightened Feminine Heart-Mind within our bodies.

An introduction to the dances of Tara - incorporating simple sacred dance movements, teachings on the symbolism and inner meaning of the movements, and a meditative dance experience in a welcoming atmosphere.

If you are interested in sacred movement – if you yearn to face the challenges of life with beauty and grace – if you are seeking to reveal the qualities of your innate wisdom and compassion and eager to integrate them in body, speech, and mind… You are invited to attend.

No previous dance experience required. Open to all genders.
