As evening falls, the historic downtown streets will come alive with dazzling lights, festive floats, marching bands, costumed walkers, and plenty of holiday cheer. This year’s merry theme is “Scrooge,” so get ready for a delightful mix of Dickensian charm and Christmas spirit!
