Kimberly and Jim have studied, practiced and taught the wisdom of Kashmir Shaivism for a combined 80 years. As spiritual directors of the Circle of One meditation community, their offerings center on translating mystical insights and teachings for the Western Mind. The Carsons Know Thyself Meditation approach systematically explores the discovery, practice and sharing of nondual devotional recognition. They have published two books, dozens of scientific studies of the clinical application of Eastern wisdom, and lead professional trainings for yogis and healthcare providers.
