Light Up a Life

As the days get shorter and the nights longer, join us to honor the memory of loved ones lost. You’re invited to drop in at Pete Moore Hospice House between 12 and 8 p.m. to engage in the grief rituals of your choosing. You can light a candle, engage in artistic expressions of grief and enjoy refreshments.

Please come whenever it is most convenient for you, stay as long or as little as you like, and know this is a safe space for your grief to belong.

We know that, for many of you, our Light Up a Life ceremony at the close of Festival of Trees has become a cherished family tradition. While we are pausing that memorial this year to focus on the Pete Moore Hospice House event, we look forward to welcoming you back to Light Up a Life at Festival of Trees in 2026.
