Tamera Wilhite is a talented and engaging PCRM Food for Life Instructor. Her down to earth and inviting demeanor makes her a highly rated teacher. She was trained at the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine headquarters in Washington DC. Her presentation will include a short lecture, full cooking demonstration and sharing of the food prepared. Her class is intended to introduce fast and easy ways to prepare grains, legumes, and vegetables and increase overall plant intake. She will also provide resources for ongoing support. There will of course be time for Q & A! Come with your appetite - you are in for a real treat!
