Players must evaluate in the time slot that corresponds with their baseball age. How old they are on May 1 2026 determines their baseball age. This is populated in the registration software and players are registered with their correct ages for the baseball season. But it's up to you to get them to the correct evaluation time slot. If you are not sure, please ask.
Have players dress for the weather for evaluations. Make sure they will stay warm and dry. Long pants, rain jackets, sweatshirts, etc. Evaluations will be held rain or shine, hot or cold. They will need all their baseball gear - bat, batting gloves, batting helmet, cleats (no metal spikes), glove, water and a hat.
There will be no parents allowed in the hitting facility or on the turf fields or track during evaluations. You are welcome to sit in the stands or drop your kids off and pick them up when they are done.
This year uniform fitting will be done immediately after evaluations at the check in desk. Players must stop and try on sample gear to make sure they get correct sizes. If this is not done, we cannot guarantee your player's uniform will fit properly.
Last thing... We NEED coaches. We need head coaches at multiple levels of play as well as assistant coaches at all levels of play. If you or someone you know is interested, please send us an email to
