On Saturday, August 17, we’re hosting the Most Unglamorous Day Ever at the shelter — and we need YOU! 💪
We’ve got basic staff keeping the animals cared for, but the “extras” (you know, deep cleaning, yard work, organizing, finishing those mysterious half-done projects) are piling up like a stack of laundry we’ve been ignoring since 2019. 🫣
Here’s the glamorous to-do list:
✨ Deep cleaning everything
✨ Organizing rooms & supplies so cleaning is faster
✨ Yard work (hello, jungle!)
✨ Building repairs (bring tools!)
✨ Finishing off “to-do” projects
✨ Laundry catch-up & folding
✨ Stocking & streamlining the whole place
What to bring:

💪 Heavy lifters (or bring your own muscles)
😎 A sense of humor — trust us, you’ll need it
