When pressure rises, most of us don’t become better leaders — we become smaller humans. In this workshop, you’ll be invited to feel, reflect, and experiment so you can understand what truly happens when stress takes over.

Through guided exercises and powerful insights, you’ll explore how to move from instinctive, fear-driven reactions to conscious, grounded leadership.

You can’t control the world around you — but you can choose how you respond. And that choice determines whether pressure turns you into a toxic leader… or helps you grow into a greater one.

In this workshop, you will learn to:

* Identify your personal “stress signature” and understand how it impacts your leadership.
* Recognize when your system falls into survival mode — and consciously regain control.
* Practice simple techniques to calm your mind and re-engage your “wise” brain.
* Transform reactive behaviors into self-aware, trust-building leadership actions.
* Build a culture of psychological safety and accountability within your team.

You’ll leave the workshop with clear awareness, practical tools, and renewed confidence to lead with presence and humanity, especially when pressure rises.

About Cécile Meunier
Cécile Meunier is a certified leadership coach and business mentor with over 20 years of experience driving growth, transformation, and people development in multinational organizations. Having lived and worked in England, Ireland, France, and Belgium, she combines a truly international perspective with adaptability, along with 15 years of experience in the Belgian market.

At Nestlé Belgium, she led marketing, communication, and digital transformation for Infant Nutrition, while also serving as an internal leadership coach and trainer for managers nationwide. Previously, she held senior and consulting roles in marketing strategy, digital strategy, and product innovation at Google, SoLocal, ING, and Proximus, where she built and managed high-performing teams, launched new business models, and guided cultural change. Cécile is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and is passionate about equipping leaders at all levels—from C-suite executives to frontline teams—with the skills to thrive in complex environments.

Her mission is to foster high-performance and healthy organizational cultures, blending business impact with responsibility. She is also the founder of the podcast "Together Women Rise", dedicated to inspiring and accelerating women leaders to the top.
