Lie back and drift to the magical sound of Tibetan singing bowls designed to quiet the mind and pull you into deep rest.

Guided by runes - an ancient system of Norse symbols used for insight.

All that with a hot herbal tea, homemade cake, gentle connection with a small group of like-minded people.
