To celebrate the International Day of Yoga, I’m very happy to invite you to a special collective gathering centered around movement, meditation, ritual, and community. ??

Together we will move through 108 Sun Salutations as a meditative journey — allowing breath, repetition, and rhythm to guide the practice.

This practice is not about perfection or performance. Participants are welcome to pause, modify, rest, or visualize rounds internally throughout the journey. Yoga is more than physical movement — awareness itself is part of the practice.

Following the physical practice, we will gather to create our own Rudraksha malas with tassels, each bead threaded with intention and presence.

The morning will close with tea, drinks, and community connection.??‍♂️??‍♀️
