Please arrive at least 5 mins before start time to say hi and signon. 

A relaxed paced ride around the Peninsula of about 25kms, using some shared paths and some quiet roads. Coffee at Ettalong after earning it! A few detours available to avoid the short hills if necessary. e-bikes welcome. Helmets mandatory!

Please note that you will need to bring
- a legal bicycle/e-bike (see link below)
- a road worthy bicycle/e-bike: before the ride day check that your bike brakes & gears work, tyres are pumped up & holding the recommended pressure; any problems ask your friendly bike shop to help the week before the ride!
- and wear an Australian approved bicycle helmet (on your head with adjusted straps)
- a spare bike tube to suite your tyres, tyre levers & pump/CO2 (and ideally know how to use them)
- bring some water and some $s for coffee/tea after the ride
- if under 18 you must be accompanied on the ride by a responsible adult

We also recommend that you have insurance to cover the "just in case" whilst riding, such as that provided through membership of Bicycle NSW.
