The beginning of a year doesn’t always arrive in January.


 For many of us, it’s not until February — once the holidays settle and life regains rhythm — that we feel ready to pause, reflect and consciously begin.


Aligned & Intentional is a one-day retreat designed to support you in intentionally shaping the year ahead from a place of alignment and wellbeing.


Grounded in the principles of yoga and brought off the mat, this retreat explores how we align doing and being — allowing our choices, actions and daily rhythms to be guided by inner wisdom rather than habit or external pressure.


This day is for those seeking clarity, balance and a more intentional way of living — supported through embodied practice, reflection and shared experience.

What the day includes

Somatic slow flow yoga to reconnect with the body and unwind held tension

Yin and restorative practices to soothe the nervous system and restore balance

Breathwork and energetic practices to support grounding, clarity and regulation

Guided journaling and reflection to clarify values and intentions

Facilitated group sharing within a safe, like-minded community


The retreat is led by Kelly Sunartha — senior yoga teacher (20+ years), founder of Ettalong Yoga, and Dharma Coach specialising in living in alignment with life purpose and wellbeing.Beyond the day: Integration & ongoing support


This retreat is designed to be embodied and lived.


As a special inclusion, day retreat participants will also receive access to a private 12-week community support space following the retreat. This space offers weekly intention prompts, reflection invitations, and a place to share and continue being supported as you integrate what you’ve explored and embodied on the day.What’s included
