Yoga on the Farm with Joslyn

Join Sideways and Joslyn for an energetic yoga class on the 3rd Saturday of each month. Following the class, enjoy the having Sideways property all to yourself before the farm and brewery open to the public at 12 noon. Treat yourself and sip on a delicious mimosa following your yoga class. No better way to start your weekend!

Yoga class is a small fee of $18 per person paid directly to Joslyn. Bring your mat and get ready to connect.

Joslyn studied Vinyasa based yoga and received her YTT-200 with My Vinyasa Practice in 2021. With a focus in trauma informed yoga practices, Joslyn’s classes guide students through connection to themselves, the earth and each other. Through breath work, grounding practices and subtle intentional movement Joslyn’s goal is to create a warm, welcoming space in which students can soothe their nervous system through movement to go deeper in to their innate wholeness. When she’s not teaching you can find her playing with flowers, hiking or cuddling her pups. She looks forward to getting to know and grow with you.
