About Sherrye:
Sherrye Johnson Trafton trains all breed and multi-disciplines:  dressage, hunters, pleasure driving, and western events at her full-service training facility, Sable Oak Equestrian Center in South Portland, Maine.  Ms. Trafton was selected Animal in Hollywood to provide equine services for the Mel Gibson movie, Man Without a Face, and has trained numerous youth and adults to national championship titles.

Sherrye has performed at venues such as Equitana & Equine Affaire, and has competed on numerous occasions in the Equine Affaire Versatility Horse & Rider competition in Springfield, Massachusetts.  One year, she qualified with three different horses!  Sherry has placed 10th, 8th, 5th, two 3rd places, Reserve Champion, and Champion!  Fun fact: the Championship run was on a horse named Slick, with Sherrye riding English. 

She is a graduate of Findlay College's Equine Science Program and in 2005, was inducted into the Findlay College Equine Studies Hall of Fame. 

About the Clinic:
•	Riders may choose from the AM or the PM session - 9 am to 12 pm OR 1 pm to 4 pm
•	Clinic fee is $175.00 per horse / rider
•	All horses must be able to walk / trot / lope safely in the arena
•	Participants should bring a rope halter with a 12' - 15' lead for the ground work portion
•	All horses must have a rabies vaccination and negative coggins dated within 12 months prior to the clinic date
