Pack lightly, in a backpack ideally, as our retreat home is about 200 steps along the cliff edges. A 4-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle is strongly suggested to reach our evening accommodations. The road there can be muddy as well. As such, an overnight parking pass and shuttle service will be available at no additional cost for those that request it.Your ticket includes:• Full Saturday and Sunday of yummy food, growth-minded community connection, gentle yoga and wellness, and relaxed paced nature immersion.• Overnight stay in grounding copper and mud home built into the cliffs of Red River Gorge. Your ticket includes a shared queen bed, with option for private queen bedroom (add $374). Home has fully functional bathroom and shower, and plenty of space to relax inside and outside.• A slow-paced guided exploration of Red River Gorge with time to take in all the breathtaking views, smell the flowers, and dip the toes in the waterfalls.•Yoga, guided meditation, gentle breathwork, and sound bath. All offerings are optional and at each personal pace. All experience levels welcome.• Your ticket covers all dining. From eating out at the local favorite spots to cliff-side dining at our private location, you’ll have a happy belly. Hearty meals include breakfast, lunch & dinner on Saturday; and breakfast & lunch on Sunday before departure Sunday afternoon.
