Date: April 30th- May 3, 2026 (3 OR 4 day Crop Options)

Price: $165 (for 3 day Friday-Sunday Option).

*May keep your table set up all weekend long

*Crop Room open from 12noon Thursday till 5pm Sunday night. Crop Room is open 24 hrs...Craft as little or as much as you want during the weekend!!!

ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES: Door Prizes, Raffles, Challenges, games and more!

Deposit Due: $50.00 is due at registration to reserve your crop room seat. Final balance is due 30 days prior to the event. (March 31st, 2026). An email/invoice will be sent out prior to final payment if there is a balance still due. If balance is not paid by due date, you forfeit your seat at the retreat with no refund.

Hotel Room (optional):
If you would like to stay at the hotel for the weekend you may book a room with the hotel. You are responsible for booking your own hotel room if you would like to stay at the hotel. This is NOT required in order to participate in the crop.
A hotel room block under "Scrappin Buddies" has been secured for a discounted rate of $169.00 per night. Cut-Off Date for reserving a room for these rates is 03/31/26 (30 days before). Room Option: Queen Suite OR King Suite: Two Queens OR One King Bed in the room. Each room also does have a Queen Sleeper Sofa in separate living room. Room also includes mini refrigerator, Microwave, flat screen TV, wet bar, coffeemaker and Free WiFi.
When you book a hotel room you will also get to enjoy daily cooked-to-order breakfast and evening reception (drink coupons and snack).
