To reduce the wait time for each attendee, one broken item per person will be examined at a time. After each item is examined/repaired, the attendee must return to the registration table to be matched with another fixer volunteer. If your repair takes longer than 30 minutes, you may be asked to postpone the repair.

When you arrive with your broken items, attendees are asked to sign in at the front desk and fill out a liability waiver.
Your item may be put on the hold table where fixers review items for likelihood of a successful repair and take in order of arrival items that match their unique skill set. This may mean items are seen slightly out of order. Depending on attendance, you may need to wait with your item. If you leave your item, you will be skipped.
We can't guarantee you'll walk away with a workable item, but we'll give it our best shot.
