Winter Solstice Event

Our One Heart Winter Solstice Event will take place December 21stfrom 1pm to 6pm, in the yoga room at Lungovita Beach Resort.

At this event, we will be celebrating and honoring the energies of the Winter Solstice, when the Sun is reborn and the days begin to grow longer. Winter is the perfect time to nurture ourselves, and to go inward and listen to the calling of our hearts to guide us as to what seeds we should plant when we move into the next season of growth.

Offering a combination of :

Yoga to ground you in your body, an exclusive Rahanni 5thdimensional celestial cleansing and healing session to help open your heart center, dissolve fear-based energies, and realign your spirit for the season ahead. 
Qi gong practice to help remove energy blockages from the body, a guided meditation practice specifically created for this event, designed to connect you with your heart, and your heart's guidance for the coming season a sound bath to balance your energy and your chakras

All of our One Heart events are hosted by Jenni, along with carefully selected guides and instructors, and are centered around a group Rahanni healing session, combined with complimentary practices to assist you in connecting with your own inner guidance, your heart, your body, the Earth, each other and the 'one heart' which is our divine energy source. Rahanni (which means 'one heart') is a 5D Celestial healing modality, that helps balance energies and release old and present traumas, allowing the heart to open.

We welcome you to join us for this opportunity to come together with 'one heart', designed to assist you in moving into the winter season with an open heart, renewed and connected to your inner wisdom.
