 Join Elif for a serene outdoor Aqua Sound Bath and Meditation experience, floating in a heated pool surrounded by nature on the beautiful property of The Lodge at Lakeshore. This healing journey begins with an opening ceremony, followed by guided breathwork and meditation, and transitions into a soothing sound bath using crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, drum, vocal toning, and more.

 The water enhances and amplifies the healing vibrations, leading you into deep meditation or rest. The evening concludes with closing breathwork, a closing ceremony, and a period of silent integration. Come immerse yourself in this peaceful and love-filled sonic journey.

Aqua Sound healing sessions may include floatation device while under a meditative state partially submerged in water, the use of instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and vocal toning. These sessions are designed to promote relaxation, healing, and well-being. However, they are not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have any health concerns, are pregnant, have a pacemaker, or are managing a serious medical condition, we kindly ask that you consult with your healthcare provider before attending.

Possible risks include emotional release, physical discomfort from sound or vibration, drowning, or reactions to relaxation techniques. Please know that your safety and comfort are our priority, and we encourage you to communicate openly about any concerns.
