- **Event Description**: The Friends of the Essex Free Library is accepting book donations to support the annual book sale to be held the first weekend in June. We appreciate your support and patience as we try a new format this year...we are trying to reduce the burden on town and library by limiting donation days to just a few times, rather than accepting donated books year-round.

@Memorial Hall:
Mon. June 1st, 3:00pm-6:00pm
Tues. June 2nd, 1:00pm-5:00pm
Weds. June 3rd, 10:00am-2:00pm
Thurs. June 4th 9:00am-2:00pm

Book Sale @ Memorial Hall:  
Fri June 5 - 4-8pm 
Sat June 6 - 9am-3pm

The following are accepted: Nonfiction, fiction, adult, children, adolescent, hardcover and paperback books in like-new condition (no mold, mildew or smell of smoke), along with DVDs, CDs, cookbooks and puzzles. Nonfiction must be current (less than 2 years old) - same for textbooks, travel guides, computer books and magazines. No coffee table books.

As there are some limitations on what can be accepted, volunteers will be available during the drop-off times to sort through the donations.
