Wenn es eine Rangliste der Hardcore Mythen gibt, dann gehören JUDGE ganz oben auf diese Liste – zu intensiv, zu kompromisslos. New York Hardcore in seiner reinsten Form. Sie zählen zu den legendärsten Bands ihres Genres und kehren 2026 für nur fünf intensive Clubshows nach Deutschland zurück. 

 

Die 1987 gegründete Band um Mike “Judge” Ferraro und John Porcell prägte mit ihrem schweren, derben Hardcore-Sound und Songs wie „New York Crew“, „Warriors“ oder „Bringing It Down“ ihr Genre maßgeblich. Nach ihrer Auflösung 1991 schien die Geschichte geschrieben, bis die Reunion 2013 für weltweite Begeisterung sorgte. Seitdem spielt die Band nur ausgewählte Shows – roh, brachial und emotionsgeladen. Live wird JUDGE 2026 erneut von Zweitgitarrist Charlie Garriga (Gorilla Biscuits, CIV, Quicksand) verstärkt, was den ohnehin massiven Sound noch einmal auf ein anderes Level bringt. 

 

Im Juni dieses Jahres kommt das Publikum endlich wieder auf den Geschmack: intensiv, ehrlich, hart. JUDGE sind zurück und ihr New York Hardcore bringt die Clubs zum Beben.
