We are super excited to announce that our July Cacao & Dance gathering will once again take place in the magical walled garden of Traquair House, just outside Innerleithen!
Our June session was lush — joyful, earthy, and expansive — and we can’t wait to share another beautiful evening with you.
Join us for a delicious, heart-opening night of ecstatic dance, ceremonial cacao, and sound healing, where we’ll reconnect deeply with the Earth, with community, and with ourselves.
This gathering falls on the New Moon in Leo, a powerful time to plant seeds of intention around creativity, courage, and radiant self-expression. Let this moonless night invite you into your inner light — bold, playful, and free.

A cacao ceremony to awaken the heart and enhance connection
Ecstatic dance on the earth — wild, barefoot, joyful, expressive
Deep release and reconnection through movement and rhythm
A soothing sound bath to close the evening with crystal bowls, birdsong, and the wind in the trees
Ceremonial cacao is a gentle, ancient plant medicine that opens the heart, fosters emotional healing, and invites deeper connection — with yourself, with others, and with the Earth.
Together, we will create an intentional space where you can drop into your body, explore your creativity, and experience moments of joy, clarity, and liberation. Let’s celebrate the abundance of life, the power of community, and the wild beauty of this special night.
🧚 Dress up if you feel inspired — our theme this month is Nature, the Elements, and Elementals. Let your imagination fly. I will be bringing face paint to this event, so feel free to arrive earlier for some decorative fun!
In case of extreme weather, the event will move to The Hearth Studio, which will also be completely magical.
