Though it will be taught where you can switch.Bring:~Mat/blanket~Layer for temperature changes~If you have it, bring rope- I have rope to loan~Water & snack*We do have some blankets, pillows, safety sheers, and rope to borrow or buy. If you want to buy rope.Wear clothing that allows you to feel comfortable cotton (not spandex/non slippery fabric), and able to move with ease, preferably clothes that fit close to your body. This is not a play party, it is a place to learn. And having exposed arms and legs sometimes is best or having cotton yoga clothes.Please bring anything that you need to support you to be comfortable.
