Healthy Kids Day 2026

Healthy Kids Day is a national YMCA initiative dedicated to helping kids and families build healthy habits, stay active, and celebrate the importance of wellness. Each year, Ys across the country host events that inspire children to move, learn, and grow—and we’re excited to bring that energy to our community!

Join us on April 18th for our Healthy Kids Day event from 11 AM–1 PM at the Northern Lights YMCA main building, where we’ll partner with local agencies and organizations to offer a fun, engaging day filled with activities, resources, and hands-on opportunities for families to explore healthy living together. This free community event is open to all, and we’re thrilled to welcome families of every age and stage.

🌊 Bonus! Enjoy FREE swim time from 1–3 PM at our Aquatic Center.
