Come join our CrossFit tryouts at CrossFit Onshore.

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movements. Come join a fun CrossFit class together with other students. Everybody can join whether you have tried CrossFit several times before or it is your first time. Let's sweat together and have fun!


Practical info:

We meet infront of Crossfit Onshore. Bring workout clothes. indoor shoes and a water bottle. There are changing rooms in Crossfit Onshore if you want to take a shower afterwards. The CrossFit class will be approximately one hour and there will be an instructor taking you through all the movements. No previous CrossFit experience necessary. 

We can't wait to see you for a fun workout!
