Subtle Energy and the Chakras

Join us on a Sacred Journey into self-discovery, greater awareness, and exploration of yoga's energetic anatomy. Over 6 weeks, we'll explore the chakra system, the five koshas (layers of being), and subtle energy. Learn how these systems work together as we sense and balance energetic patterns, cultivate self-awareness, and journey back to your inner wisdom. Classes include discussion, asana practice, breath work, meditations and more. A journal is recommended for this process. Registration is required on our website infinitelove.yoga/calendar.
