In 2026, that means 250+ attendees, 40+ classroom and mobile sessions, and big, bold ideas about the future of downtowns and the neighborhoods around them, all with Erie's iconic bayfront as the backdrop!

Not familiar with the Main Street or Elm Street programs? They're Pennsylvania's frameworks for supporting downtown and neighborhood commercial district revitalization. If that sounds like the work you do, this conference is for you.

Registration includes breakfast and lunch on select days, keynote sessions, and a ticket to the Townie Award Dinner.
