The premier book by Janet Pawlowski from Erie, Pennsylvania combines her knowledge of nursing, psychology, and fitness instruction to create an experience for all individuals.  The book was written for early readers, individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, or anyone seeking to understand how to care for our hearts  that are inside our bodies. Beautifully illustrated, it shares the four pillars involved in striving for good health relative to our hearts.

Based on the sciences of physical and emotional health and the interplay between them, this book easily and simply shares the fundamentals that one can apply for a longer, healthier life.

Janet Pawlowski RN, Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Marriage & Family therapist is a first time author.  With her background in pediatrics and emotional health, she understands the importance of good physical and emotional health, and the interconnection between tham on  one's quality of life.  She is also certified as a group fitness instructor through the Athletics Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and teaches group fitness classes in her hometown Erie, PA.  Janet exercises, eats healthy foods, and spends time with her loving family and friends to help ensure a strong heart and a longer, happier life!
