We will llmake strawberry jam together and go over the different types of sugars and pectins. You will leave confident and ready to start your canning journey. The cost is $65 per person and includes a canning guide, a jar of jam and my favorite pectin that will make 22 pints of jam! Join us for a fun filled informational night! Space is limited and preregistration is requires.
