Advanced Sourdough Class

Join us for a deep dive into sourdough! Took our beginner class and you want to hone in on your skills and knowledge? This is the class! Together, we will talk about different types of flour, how to use that flour. Low versus high hydration. Stiff versus traditional starter, enriched dough such as bagels sandwich bread, cinnamon rolls! Bulk baking, weighing your ingredients versus imperial weight! Come join us March 15th 3-6 PM.
