This session is open to families, carers, and members of the local community, particularly those caring for a loved one living with dementia. Jenny will share practical nutrition and lifestyle strategies that can make a real difference to brain health and overall wellbeing.

For our residents, events like this are incredibly valuable in increasing awareness of nutrition, enhancing mealtime experiences, and providing reassurance that their care is continually evolving through expert insight and best practice. ?
