The walk will last around 2 hours with regular stops and will be on a mix of surfaced and unsurfaced paths and some slopes. Please come dressed appropriately for the weather with sturdy footwear. You may want to bring extra sun protection, insect repellant and a drink. Please arrived 10-15 minutes before the walk start to allow time for parking and signing in. All funds go back into the maintenance of Langley Vale Wood.2 Hours- £24 Hours- £4All day- £5Payment can be made using a contactless card via the payment machines onsite or through the RingGo app. Please note: the machines do not take cash. On arrival please allocate enough time for the event, for this walk we recommend 4 hours.AccessThis walk is approx. 2 hours, partly on footpaths, uneven ground with some inclines. This walk will pass through gated areas. Unfortunately, the route we have planned isn’t suitable for prams or people with mobility issues. If this means you’re unable to attend, but would like to, please get in touch and we will explore arranging an alternative route.FacilitiesThere are no toilet facilities onsite. The nearest public toilets are in Ashtead on Woodfield Lane (KT21 1AT).Before you goWe ask all attendees to come prepared for the weather, this includes appropriate clothing, footwear, sun cream and water if needed. This walk will be cancelled if there is severe weather, please check your emails on the day before the walk.Please make the Woodland Trust team aware of any medical issues before the start of the walk, e.g. asthma, diabetes, etc.DogsDogs on leads are welcome.
