A 3-hour Women’s Circle & Chakradance Freedom Journey

This is a Winter Solstice gathering. The longest night of the year. A night to honour the dark. A night to return to your light.   

We’ll begin in Circle to land, to breathe, to arrive as you are. Then you’ll be guided through a full Chakradance Freedom journey with Ella, moving through all 7 chakras with eyes gently closed, in your own space, in your own way. 

Just you, your body, and what’s ready to move. (She already knows what to do). From the quiet ember in the dark…to the steady flame that’s still there, even now.
