🥸 The Stache Dash 🥸

So a group of us had a crazy idea to try and run 5km on the hour for 24 hours, and the time has finally come to put words to action! We have called it the “Stache Dash” as we are partnering up with Movember to raise awareness for men’s mental health and everything in between 🥸

This will be an insane challenge and obviously very difficult - but by us doing something as challenging as this, hopefully it will inspire someone going through a tough time to do an even more challenging thing and reach out to start a conversation 🫶

All proceeds will be going to our Movember page - any donations are appreciated but we also appreciate people just having the conversation about mental health!!
