- **Event Description**: To successfully reach a goal, we must begin with small steps. If you are looking to build your core strength, flexibility and overall fitness, join us on a six-month journey of Sun Salutations.

Classes will start at the beginner level and gradually increase in intensity over the course of six months, culminating in a two-hour workshop on June 20th, where we will celebrate the summer solstice with 108 Sun Salutations.

This high-intensity 60 minute class combines 82 Ashtanga and Classical Sun Salutations. Participants should have experience with practicing Sun Salutations and a strong fitness level with no major physical limitations. Modifications will also be provided.

Although we recommend coming to one of the first classes to learn the flow, you participate on a class by class basis and can hop in anytime over the course of the 6 months leading up to the celebration on June 20th.
