Discover the sacred practice of a Salt Bowl Ceremony. After attending two ceremonies, myself, I am extremely excited to host one here!

Let's affirm we are salt of the earth and re-align our intention, connection, and value.

In this heart-centered gathering, we will collectively forge a salt bowl infused with various, herbs, essential oils and salts. Let's make a little time for ourselves to relax, foster clarity, wisdom and balance together.

Everyone will go home with their own jar of salt!

We'll have a few cozy beverage choices, so bring your favorite mug.
